The sights in the historic old town are generally accessible on foot.
Particularities
Memorium Nuremberg Trials, Room 600, Museum

- The Nuremberg Trials Museum is located outside the historic old town.
- Greeters do not conduct museum tours. These are reserved for the museum's own guides (audio guides are usually also available).

- Admission: Adults 7.50 EUR (with museum), special prices for groups, children, students
- If you would like to visit the Gostenhof district afterwards, we can pick you up there after visiting the museum. Otherwise, we recommend you the local transport services(VAG).
- Public transport: Take the U1 subway from the main station to Bärenschanze, then walk for about 10 minutes.
Documentation Center and Nazi Party Rally Grounds
- The Documentation Center is currently being renovated and has only organized an emergency exhibition as a replacement.
- The Nazi Party Rally Grounds is located outside the historic old town and can be reached from the main train station by subway U1, S-Bahn S2 or tram 8.
- Please allow approximately 2 to 3 hours for a tour of the Reich Party Rally Grounds.
- According to the Nuremberg Tourist Office, there are two free toilets on site and one for a fee (0.50 EUR), one free toilet in the nearby Luitpoldhain and one in the Gutmann Inn, where you can stop for a little rest.

- One possibility is the City Card - It's worth it if you want to visit the museums and also reach destinations outside of the historic old town.

Finally - Don't forget!
- Sturdy footwear is recommended - our greets usually last at least 2 hours and, if you wish, we can also go up to the Kaiserburg.
- In summer: bring water with you (of course there are also opportunities to buy some).
- In winter: having a warm drink with you is a good idea (substitutes are available in cafes and restaurants)
- Restaurants, Cafes, Shopping, Specialties, Museums, Music-Theatre-Film, Events, Sightseeing features
- In bad weather, an umbrella might help as a deterrent.
- There are some public toilets in Nuremberg, for example at the main market.
